Offset
Copy an entire workpiece with a single registration. Construct the weld program once, register the physical location of the next workpiece, and the system duplicates it automatically — reusing all settings and patterns for maximum efficiency.
Weaving
Makes the torch fill a V-seam by moving in a precise zig-zag pattern along the joint. This extends the effective bead width and ensures full fusion across wider gaps.
Cladding
Easily add a layer of material onto the base material. This layer can enhance the material's properties, protect against corrosion, or alter the surface appearance — all programmed directly in the cobot interface.
Spot Welding
Automates the insertion of spot welds — eliminating manual construction of each weld point. Simply input the spot weld length, number, start and end positions, and the robot accurately calculates spacing and placement.
Touch Sensing
The cobot adjusts the torch position before it starts welding by physically touching the workpiece. The result is a more consistent weld with fewer defects, even when slight deviations appear between workpieces.
Pattern
Distribute identical parts across the welding table and weld them all in a single run. Program the weld sequence once, define the layout, and the system automatically repeats it across every position.
